The human body is composed of several organ systems that work together to maintain life.

MAJOR BODY SYSTEMS:
1. Cardiovascular System - Heart and blood vessels
2. Respiratory System - Lungs and airways
3. Nervous System - Brain, spinal cord, nerves
4. Digestive System - Stomach, intestines, liver
5. Musculoskeletal System - Bones, muscles, joints
6. Endocrine System - Hormones and glands
7. Immune System - Protection against disease

Each system has specific functions but they all work together in harmony to keep us alive and healthy.
